Sometimes there is much warmth which brings pleasure

For as we cuddle up in it, we thrill and take measure
Of the coziness we feel, and wallow so much in treasure
We are rich by any standards, and thus we lack pressure

For our life has been ambled through in stops and starts
And then we suddenly turn the corner, and finally chart
A direction through which we can steer ourselves readily
For we have come to know inner peace, and thus can headily

Go on about our business, with sight which is focused
And as we do, eventually - we will come to be blessed
Even more so, than has heretofore been the case
Because - in the past, we felt - we were in a race

But now, we know longer feel that way, and are stable
For we have settled on this course, now, and are able
To accept the things which we cannot ever, ever change
But to know there are things ahead, which'll not be strange

For we have taken the pathway of a much better course
One which leads away from fire, but straight into warmth
And even though we fret for cold, once again, is upon us
We fear not, for we know it will cease, and we will adjust

As it no longer matters where we are as long as we see ahead
And whether it be warm or cold, - we have plenty of bread
So, no matter what happens, there will always be inside
A wonderful warm being who takes time to live with pride.
