When new discoveries are made

The finds are so often splayed
In beds of beautiful flowers
Which fade after only hours

And such is the case when tea
Is served at places where free
And people are then turned on
To the flavor of a new song

Be it laced with hint of orange
Or soaked in spices so strange
As Bergamot, which provides say
The unique taste of Earl Grey

Or Cinnamon Stick or Lemon Lift
Both of which are nice gifts
To bestow onto a loved one
Whose heart is quite undone

For any of these flavored passions
Can lift one's heart and stash them
Full of goodness freshly imbued
With richness before it's stewed

So if you like your tea special
Then remember when you're jostled
To put on the kettle till boil
And pour boiling water over all

Your tea at once to get best flavor
And this will allow you to savor
The very best your cup can offer
Which will calm you as you soften

And relax to the tune of peace
Which will quiet you and lease
You steady time for the duration
Of your brew's full sublimation
