Have you ever watched a lion roar?

If you ever get the chance - score
A few views at this very proud beast
And even watch him scout his feast
He taunts his prey as he does run
After the one he's got his eyes on
So many other animals give way some
When the proud lion decides it's time
And get out of his way as he goes after
Anyone he chooses to chase on ground or
Up into trees as he bounds so kingly
Focused on his meal as he stings the
Others who stand back far and stare
Hoping for any chance at all to share

People who are lions aren't nearly so
For they welcome those around who tow
The line they have studiously drawn
So they can put limits on who adorn
Their lair as they do hang up pics
And request others do not there mix
Tobacco, alcohol or drugs of any kind
For they want their home to stay blind
Of all toxic substances which do bind
As they ruin vital organs and remind
Us of horrible consquences of addiction
Which do change our bodies into fiction
And then heavy attitudes are so donned
Which imply they are clean and thus fond
Enough of their life to so bandy about
Words which cut like a knife as they shout
"The man is despicable and so arrogant"
Which is so unlikely, for they must recant
When it is pointed out to them - THEY are
For only arrogant people pollute the air.
