When servers are down
And we lose our crown
Which sits askew on heads
Sometimes filled with lead
We turn to other works
Whose web is perked
Up so by good vibes
Which we feel inside
And reach out to grasp
A torch which is passed
From one to another
As we greet brothers
Who only show good feeling
And don't send us reeling
With spears aimed at hearts
Just so they can feel smart
True strength of kinship
Comes from being pinch-ed
Together with a friend
Who loves what you tend
For - when you have this
You really do not miss
Lost connections which
Rear up and then switch
You from one very true line
To thought of yet another kind
And you then throw out your lure
To look for fish even more pure
Who may not really swim about
But may stand there and pout
For they're sad you've been let
Go - so abruptly ... by the Net
