When melodious sounds are heard

Sometimes things can get blurred
And the musical medley which soared
Now floats on ears which are bored
For other tunes have filtered in
And the buffer closes with a spin
On tops which turn without string
For words have blown past quite thin
But with curves which do snag the tin
Shells which surround hollow mass
As slighted fools do churn and crash
Delighted they can make another dash
Into crevices where they can light gas
Which implodes from within their cave
Of salty rocks upon which they pave
Roads which lead to many places
Filled with very empty spaces
And the pathway we thought was gold
Has once again turned into what was old
So another screw has been turned tight
And the metal shell which was so right
Now shatters as the top disintregrates
As we finally put away the good plates.
