There are some wonderful connections to be made on the Net

And there have been a few which have stood us in good stead

Some then upscaled to the more realistic world of telephone

And others went even further, and decided to come to our home



And when they got here - they became better able to know

All we are inside, and outside too - for they were shown

All of the loving a man can possibly provide for a woman

And so did become immersed - in fine beauty of situation



But some did leave because they could not come to terms

With a life which could be lead in a way so affirmed

And so they did return to their alternate lifestyle

In which they felt better missing things by miles



For grand comfort which comes so very easily to some

Becomes circumspect by others - who hang by thumbs

And who would rather involve themselves in daily fights

Because they are just more comfortable with it ... 

                                     in the cold light.
