My life is your life, if you want it to be

And we will spend our days loving with glee

Then occasionally come up for air and tea

And then return shortly after to unravel 

                              more mystery



All it takes is the time and will to do

Something you have when not feeling blue

About matters which you've perceived to be

More important than the fact of you and me



So get out from under that large sheet

And become one with me as we again meet

To shrug off all of our life's tensions

As we involve ourselves in each other's

                           affections ...
