When things go awry

Whether 'tis you or I
Remember we are sharing
And this comes from caring

Don't allow yourself
To hang from a shelf
For when you see stress
Know you are so blessed

With understanding and great care
Which you have - for you've dared
To piece together two into one
And now - you have won a ton

Of wondrous qualities which pull
Us under four eyes of wiry wool
You've knitted together into edges
Which are matted under rows of hedges

And I peer out from the furrowed ground
Knowing well you are tough to be around
When you get into stressed-out places
Which your mind and even soul embraces

And I look for endings to this tale
Knowing well the ground is shale
Which will not support solid matter
For if you push - it will smatter

And so I lean back within my lounge
Knowing we won't have to scrounge
But, at the same time I will admit
There's been fun - just a little bit

And now I want to place just some
Upon the counter for you NOT to shun
But to be happier than when you came
For lightness is ours - all the same ...
