New job searches from an on-line agency

Hit ... urging me to ignore my tendency

To skim thru with nary a quick glance 

For something tickled me with a lance 



It'd turned up a really plum place to be

Where all my creative skills wouldn't count for free 

Writing, photography, and web design ...

All rolled into one ... very much in-line



But further perusal down the page then stumped

For it was clear prior paid experience jumped

Those who had ahead of those who had not

Stopping me right in my tracks (on the spot)



Some day, someone will finally recognize the value

Of voluntary backgrounds in visual arts in lieu

And will rush to tempt those really brilliant folks

To join along with a brave company who'll talk ...
