Hanging Up the Post

All kinds of things can get in the way
Of a steady flow of work on any day
But the thing I find the most baffling
Is an editor telling you it's still "in"

... Working on a page you've already closed
Wanting to go onto the next under your nose
But the editor inhibits you from closing the page
Informing you it's still active on another stage

So you immediately obey and tell it to go ahead
All the while you're gritting your teeth instead
For the changes you made were the final ones
But now "the plug-in editor" is making some

Why is it telling you it's made this choice ...
With its loud grimace and silent voice ...
Can I just ignore the message box and close it
Or will it then mess up the saved page stowed fit?
