Sound distorts some at higher volumes

Just like people do when out of tune ...
For minds are like woofers and tweeters
Creating rasps when something meets us

In a way which promotes the stress factor
(That noisy edge which is not attractive)
Then our voices change away from mild
As when words are uttered from a child

To irk us, displease us, or otherwise mar
Our contented disposition - when on par
And the speaker with its quite noisy rasp
Must either be turned down, or we can ask

The child to re-address his spoken delivery
Without pushing the cone beyond quivering
And if neither complies - then we must change
To another tactic - something which reigns ...

Contrasts might work with a few outputters
Adjusting levels to achieve balance abreast
Using logic also sometimes can do the trick
Unless that certain child will have none of it

But speakers can be adjusted with the right input
Thus it makes sense to adjust the child too, in a rut
And if the sound still doesn't come across quite clean
Then walk away till a time when things aren't so mean.
