Give and take in relationships needs to be an even balance

Not that each move need be matched, dance after dance

But an equilibrium of intentions exhibited, and then met

With similar acceptance on both parts and all-even sets



There are ways we do things which prompt this even keel

Not that we count them ... all we need do is sit back and feel

And if the vibes are right ... then we know it's working out fine

And there IS no Lion's Share ... for it ALL exchanges in time ...
