We all have our very own principles to follow ...

Some are sound, but a few others are just too hollow
The task of giving should be a quite freely-held art
Without any rethinking to break it down in parts ...

Once we make the decision to give something freely
Then it's done, and thus, it has changed hands, clearly
Whether out of love or out of friendship or out of compassion
Whatever we've parted with, follows a principle, in fashion

The gift is only considered to be from the bottom of the heart
If it comes with no strings, and also - has no missing parts ...
When this is done - you will know well you have truly given
For it'll never trouble your mind - stressing clean living ...
