Doorknobs and candlesticks

Picture frames, lamps that click
Faucets, beer mugs, goblets, trays
So much stuff still made today

Of a bright shiny metal which shines
By braziers, who make them so fine
And then put their work out there to share
With us consumers - who stop and stare ...

Admiring the fit and finish of their pieces ...
Some then choosing to adopt them completely
Taking home the handsome, so shinyl, brass lore
To place on mantels, tables, or hang, not store

For all good work should be admired and praised
And put in prominent places - where it should stay
So folks can come by and see it again and again
Learning something new each time they view it ...
and try on the chain ...

- Tristram
