There are many things we feel, say and do
When we hurt for we don't think it through
And then the vibrations we have put out
Are caught in a double-blind quite stout
How can we then turn it all around?
Would doing so make us more sound?
Or are we better off letting it all fizzle
Just to relieve the stress which sizzles?
Vibrations which are totally unsung
Lessen when we let things go and run
Back to our little shells to again hide
From the intense hurt we feel inside
