Birthdays come, birthdays go ...

Leaving us a year older ... so ...

What does it matter? ...
Does age at all scatter
Our brains, or our brawn?
Our libido, or our lawns?

The only thing age does
Is blur vision, but only just
Slowing down the reads
Fuzzing edges (colors bleed)

But tastes, smells, and touches
Are heightened by the crutches
