Homer wrote it, way back before

And others have done even more
Any journey which covers over a year
Takes time to review to see with ears

Mind needs to be open to see it all
And that takes time to avoid pitfalls
Which some tend to do, if blinded
By words from others, unwinded

Best thing is to see it all for yourself
Then make your own decisions to tell
And this, you cannot do only with your ears
For you need all your senses, to dull all fears
