Well ... it's here ... summer's come!!!

Leaving one feeling a little numb ...

With all the heat and the humidity

And the accompanying sweat to be



Time to pack away the heavy clothes

And look for the thinner stuff, I suppose

The ones which don't accent the heat

Wearing those just makes you more beat



So a project is on for the whole day ...

Digging out those lighter things from the hay

Perhaps - a little easier than finding a needle

But, then - a few of them could probably use that treatment



So it might be an idea to sort out all the thread

And get cracking on all the sewing - using the head

For so many of the lighter clothes will need it ...

Just because they're so very much thinner, they rip!!!
