Leaves outside window whipping in the wind

Tomato seeds inside here dripping from my chin
Wind encourages walks along lake in the hot air
But knowing it is false makes me stop and stare

Licking away the seeds from below lower lip
Eyeing the breeze, wanting to brave it from hip
Knowing full well the walk will do me wonders
As trees blow in the breeze, pulling me asunder

Watching the winds blowing through the trees
Feeling the impetus, not worrying about knees
For, regardless of the density overlaying the air
The breeze will cool the body, as knees do bear

The extra weight, which needs to find a home
Away from self, and thus, this I must do alone
Trimming away some or all of the extra pounds
Walking in the breeze, feeling it fall to the ground
