Around and around and around it goes

Circling unceasingly as folks watch show

With plastic animals going up and down

Riders upon them laughing with frowns



For the movement up and down in circles

Makes one giddy whether part and parcel 

Or watching from distance on stable ground

As the carousel goes around and around ...
