Many folks make up their so unique rules

Trying to follow makes you feel like a fool

For words can be used in very many ways

To give multiple meanings on different days



Trying to figure out which way they're intended

Is too complicated when they're not at all blended

With good feelings felt when folks call or come by

Sharing more than just words, taking you to the sky



Those exchanges are far more important than mail

Filled only with thoughts, and those are quite pale

For underlying, is the need to reach out and touch

Which many need (in order to feel loved) so much
