Whether running, physically, on road or path

Or running, only in mind, away from the darts
Time's needed to be spent given only to self
So mind will refresh, revitalize, and thus jell

Better with others ... since solace reinvigorates
Allowing the opening of some new garden gates
Looking out to grass, flowers, birds, squirrels, trees
Finding peace in simple nature, in order to please
