A rush of activity through days of connections

Now has come to a standstill, as imperfections

Have risen to the top, and then simmered over

As numbed sensations have drawn under cover



And now the quietness has folded from without

As a lonely heart's throbbing subsides and pouts

For images conjured up have been envisioned

And the reality of a mind opened, has fission'd



For infatuation has come to be realized as that

As appearance of connection showed real stats

And now tingling's converted to lessened elation

Leaving two souls dealing with quiet sensations
