Sometimes we find we do things too complex

In our efforts to make things easier, blessed ...
And then realization of all the expended effort
Leaves us with feelings which are quite taut

For we have accomplished things in ways ...
Which may have left others in a slight daze
And then we become quite perplexed to find
Complex layouts wind up leaving others blind

So we then take time to reassess our worth
And to consider other ways to provide mirth
By simplifying things we have done before
Perhaps - by re-initiating, from other shores

Shoving off from dock in an all-new boat
One without holes, and which will float
More easily and smoothly than the other
Which, perhaps, needs a complete redo
... cover to cover ...
