When vibes are running so close to skin

Beautiful things can happen as you binge

Delighting in the sharing of those feelings

As both absorb them in during the dealing



Of words heard, spoken, and exchanged 

Covering so many topics, none at all lame

And then the outpouring of feelings on fire

Make you forget the past, and all of the ire



For simple vibes between souls still rage

And those feelings will simply never age

As they're raw and exposed, clearly paced

For they sit under skin, close to the surface
