Tall, red-faced, smug, young and lanky

The kid looked like he needed a hanky

As he went about his biz pouring soda

Fretting about things he needn't oughta



Checking everything he did by intercom

Making sure he wasn't gonna mess up some

Whether making exchanges or making change

The kid was balanced on a line with poor aim



Trying to learn how to manage a large store

Knowing full well it wasn't really his call ...

But never-the-less, he made the thing work

And now management can give him perks
