All things come to he who waits

For, eventually, there'll be a gate
Opening onto a garden of splendor
Filled with blooms spreading wonder

As sunbeams shine rays over flowers
And petals open up wide to the power
Carried upon this so very simple strength
Something eternal ... it will never end

Just like the awesome power of true love
Showering from places of heart and above
Fused with desire and kindled by caring
When it all comes together - total sharing

Of all you have, and everything you are
The power in the feeling extends unmarred
For you're consumed with passion unbridled
As every part of your being hums inside all

And all of your parts inside then climb out
Now your vulnerabilty is showing, and clout
Which existed before you found the feeling
Now is lost in this merge that sent you reeling

But the satisfaction comes in waves of delight
For you knew the waiting game'd have its light
As it's just a matter of time before things come
And the tarrying was just a place which numbed
