Playing darts is really quite exhilarating

For you have the chance to focus on things

Like aim, deduction, and even deliberation

All things calculated to bring some elation



Starting out getting one dart in the outside ring

Which gives double score of number you're in

And then, aiming for the middle ring in the 20

Which triples your score with three giving 180



Then doing that just once more in the next round

Will bring you close enough to ending within sound

Of a double once more, which you must have to close

So then you start with the deductions in order to slow



The count down as you deduct it all from the 301

Which'll provide the number for which you must gun 

So from that point on, all you need is that double

Which you must end on, in order to win the muddle
