Loneliness is really a very common malady

Especially when experienced on a Saturday

But worse, is finding yourself lonely all the time

For it seems nobody wants you out of your prime



And so you go on about your steady life business

Hoping sooner or later someone will want to nest

With you in your so very, very comfortable abode

In which you've lived now so long it's ably showed



You a life filled with a richness not many do enjoy

Yet you feel there must be something more to buoy

Your spirits, and provide enjoyment for your very soul

For time evolves, and you feel yourself getting old ...
