As one door closes, yet another one opens

Thank goodness! - for if not, you'd be moping
Constantly pining for love found and now lost
Which plagued heart and mind, when tossed

But no matter what life's evolution brings
Sooner or later, loud bells will again ring
Signalling a connection made to cement
Your feet to the floor, amidst your torment

And then you go on to the next adventure
Finding that magic, often without censure
Arriving at yet the center of another target
To provide one more round of pleasure, set ...
