The rain which falls in some places as snow

Produces irregular heartbeats from below

And being aware of them creates even more

Stress, which triggers behaviors quite sore



So one tends to do things out of the norm

And then wind up being really quite forlorn

If there are ways to reduce this phenomenon

I'd sure like to know, as it'd make a good song



With messages depicting ways to control it all

Using them to keep things from being stalled 

Which happens more often than I care to say

But being aware of it, is, perhaps, the best way
