There are so many ways in which people hide

But many of us are out there riding on a tide
Which throws itself up against the cold shore
And then subsides in time to leave it pure

Although ravaged by the essence of the wash
Sometimes residue is left amidst stuff to toss
Which has so much value as it came from surf
Cresting upon waves gently riding all over earth
