There are so many things about which we jump to conclusion

When we do not appraise things well - we conceive illusions
And then use them to found and solidify our wary positions
In which we stand from a mountaintop, overlooking situations

Whether it makes sense or not, we produce a fixed stance
From where we look leerily at some others in a way askance
When, if we took the time to really assess and take measure
Perhaps we would find in those others, a well-hidden treasure

So consider the overall picture of the landscape in front of you
Don't ignore the scope and deeper beauty which has accrued
Every one of us has something wonderful to give from our hearts
All it takes is the time to consider it all, then make a new start ...
