From Sun-up to Sun-down

Snow fell today from seven to seven
Becoming heavier from the heavens
... At two points during the long day
During the morning rush hour's way

And again, in the early afternoon
Becoming a bit of a bitter tune
... For the buses and UPS trucks
Sliding around, in all of the muck

Seems nobody was quite prepared
And so, tires slipped, as we stared
It seems we never are - really ahead ....
No matter how many measures we thread ~

- Tristram
