Burning the Board

Did the video card dance
To try and reduce the chance
Of holds during editing
(The Cut and Paste crediting)

Then pumped up the voltage
To maintain a fester edge ...
But the main chip then died ...
And the board also fried ...

So, returned to an older board
One which'd had some things untoward
... Happen - thru the last two years
The chip socket broke, and fears

... Of an older BIOS plagued my mind
Prompting my getting the newer kind
And ... now I've installed the old board
Many datestamps are out of accord

So, I have been focused on other things
And now, the poetry doesn't quite ring
But ... the video card is buffered well ...
So, in a little while ... pastes should really jell! ~
