This one will be the last upon this day

An even score is a good count to say
All of the things needed to get off chest
Some petty, but some are heaven-blessed

Words of wonder which sing with some lilt
Tunes filled with memories filled to the hilt
Of past loves gone but never to be forgotten
Even with all there've been - none were rotten

And then - thoughts about the craftsman's art
Some overflowing with charm in small parts
But all have been pieces which shared so much
Good thought - which has seeped out - in a bunch.
