So much of what we do is measured in terms of scale

Some of it rides along on the skim of a surface pale

But other parts of it overflow with thoughtful deeds

Which comes through swiftly as we plant our seeds



And watch them grow into wonderful plants and trees

Contributing so much to nature as we watch then to see

Things grow, and take shape in wonderful new life-forms

As they change and evolve into thoughtful new norms



And I sit back and gaze at the gorgeous beauty all around me

Which converges at many angles and makes me even more free

To do more of it and then to shower those new evolved beings 

With the nourishment they need to grow ever higher and seeing



A sky filled with many nutrients which rain down upon us daily 

And fill us with good feeling about how to live life ever so gaily

So we take the lessons learnt and use them to our best advantage

And thus enrich our own lives in stages as we become partners ...
