The Korean Conflict



Over the three long years of the Korean Conflict

It's estimated two million lives were lost, at least

And another one and a half million lives gone

(Either South Koreans or Americans - as one)



And, even now, over forty-five longer years later ...

It's an uneasy peace at the North Korean border

For, even though the line was drawn in fifty-three

North and South Koreans don't feel entirely free
