Stillness in the Sky



A stillness hangs in the sky

Storms coming for you and I

Snow in parts, rain in some

All this area - under the gun



Overnight now, it will be ...

Rising in the morn to a sea

Of confusion, causing delays

Some will even call it a day



Before they even start ...

For now work can be parked

At the desktop, upon a screen

Where so many of us now team



To finalize projects in a flash

Without making that mad dash

From home to work and back 

(A part-time job with no slack)



So when the stillness forbodes

This other drive-gear just glows

For we all can now accomplish

So much without being dissed
