Winds may come and winds may go

But constancy is awarded by the flow
For this quality comes with its own honor
Which is revered in many ways proper ...

Like the gold watch given after a quarter century
So, too ... should be awarded courage in adversity
For winds do blow and storms do light up the skies
But the gales which cause them are always up high

From whence they drop whenever balance is required
Evening out the rigidness to which some become attired
And then - in the aftermath - the stormclouds will then clear
And in their place - hangs a certain respect, without any fear

- Tristram
