See the Verse



See the verse - sometimes long - sometimes terse

Some will have much to say ... some don't, but rays

Of sun - shine from words which express all too well

The "ins" and "outs" of waves which crest and flow to tell



Stories of harmony, along with intense feelings of desire

Some which overflow with goodness as they ride out of mire

Most are well-conceived and flow so well, they sing a song

Of how one can blend so well if only they seek to belong



And acceptance becomes a major factor of this evolution

As one seeks to enjoy the ongoing tunes which give solution

To the clutter which sometimes exists within our minds ...

As we deal with people and not the expression of a kind



Of inner torment which colors our outward facade ...

Which some do express as they try to be liked so hard

And the colors of multifaceted rainbows shower upon

The seeds which burrow underground as beams come along



When if only they stayed above the surface to accept the sun

So many good things would happen to provide them with fun

So much of the multitudinous things we are willing to accept

Become so much easier if we give them time without neglect



And the beauty which does reside deep in all of our souls

Flowers under those beams as we accept fully the roles

Others offer us without belittling them or demeaning ...

The kind words we provide which have so much meaning
