Some folks tend to get all bent out if shape

When they get answers, but consider them late

So then they write off the earlier connection

Leaving others to do some hasty introspection



... Something I've been doing too much of, lately

And so, I suspect it's time to pull back and be free

For those who desire immediacy of needs filled

Probably would be better off having other thrills



The long haul is the one which really pays off

For the overall scope seen is never scoffed ...

And thus, those who stick around and enjoy

Will endure longer than those who use toys
