Sunpeaks in a pale blue sky

Pink streaks folded into pies
Layers of inivisible crusts ...
Luscious fillings oozing just

Beyond the point eyes can see
Where vision lingers over the trees
And taste is all in the mind's eye
For beauty is fleeting, for you and I

But lasts eternally in a dawn's light
Where can be seen a lovely sight
Caught forever in the mind's cells
To last an eternity, where it jells

And can be called upon to be replayed ...
For it will always be there, completely saved
As the vision evolves into a lasting paste ...
Becoming one ... glued, with exquisite taste
